While I’ve been getting things accomplished lately, I’ve been thinking a lot. Over the past few days, since the whole video game explosion, I’ve noticed the feminism posts have significantly skyrocketed. I mean that in a good way. Tumblr has always had a lot of equality, feminism, lets help people, etc posts, but within this last week or so it’s at least doubled. I find that interesting and am happy for it.
Additionally, I was thinking about why I enjoy Inio Asano’s work and why others do. Some who even hate 90% of the characters still love and read her work. It’s her views, thoughts, how she writes them, the plot line, symbolism. Thats why. I really appreciate her views, and feel like every time I read a piece of her work I’ve learned something, and agree with something else. Sure her works can be sad and depress you, but reality isn’t a cutesy romantic shoujo manga, or a badass shounen one. I enjoy Inio Asano because she is unique, but not at all at the same time. Personally I’d really love to pick her brain and learn more about her life/works. Shes just absolutely fascinating. (I also know I’ll get a question as to why I’m using female pronouns when Inio Asano’s picture is “clearly a man”. Inio Asano is a MTF, meaning Male to Female transgender. She came out with that very personal information within the last year or so. I applaud her greatly!)
So I do recommend Inio Asano’s works, just be aware they can be NSFW and may depress you if you’re overly sensitive.

I hope I remember! I feel like I have 213412354312431 people who are like “REMEMBER TO TEXT/CALL ME” and I’m like ;____; because I’m pretty forgetful (especially when excited!)
Also, if hugged— be gentle ;; especially if its Friday or Saturday /rolls
